Apartment building

This bachelor thesis processes the project documentation for the apartment building with a nearly zero energy consumption. The project of an apartment building is located in the city of Liberec, city district of Vesec and has four above-ground floors and one underground floor. The foundation of the apartment building is located in a slightly sloped terrain overlooking Ještěd and the neighborhood consists of family houses and apartment buildings. The main intention was to design comfortable, spacious and modern living space with low energy costs. The layout of apartments is suitable for families with children or for a young couple. None of the housing units are designed as barrier-free for people with limited mobility, but access to the building is wheelchair accessible and, if necessary, apartments can be changed to meet the requirements for barrier-free standards. In the basement of the building there are common areas including the gym and separate garage parking spots. Parking will be available even outside of the building, located from both sides of the building. The elementary materials used for the construction are brick and concrete from which the supporting structures of the building are made. The roof and part of the front of the building is designed to include vegetation.

This bachelor thesis processes project documentation for an apartment building with nearly zero energy consumption at the level for the realization of building. The foundation building located in Brno, in the city district of Řečkovice and Mokrá hora, has four above-ground floors and one underground floor. It is set in a slightly sloping plot on Tereza Novaková Street. In the vicinity of the future new building there is a development of family and apartment buildings. The main intention was to design comfortable, spacious and modern housing with low energy costs. Also an important goal was the use of empty land in the built-up area with the most efficient built-up. The layout of the apartments is suitable mainly for families with children. One apartment on the ground floor is designed as a barrier - free with regard to Immobile groups of residents. Access to the building is wheelchair accessible, the building has an elevator, the House meets the requirements for wheelchair use. In the basement of the building there are garage primarily for residents of the House. The elementary materials used for construction are brick and concrete, from which the supporting structures of the object are made. Roof of the building above 3rd floor it is designed as an operating and vegetation, roof space above 4rd floor it serves for technical maintenance of the House. The bachelor thesis is prepared in accordance with the current legislation of the Czech Republic as amended on the date of submission of the bachelor thesis.
